Executive Director – Seattle, WA

The Department of Global Health (DGH) at the University of Washington is seeking a professor, without tenure, to fill the role of the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) Executive Director. I-TECH is the largest center within DGH and has capacity development projects underway in more than a dozen countries and hosts 13 locally registered offices outside of the US with approximately 600 staff.

I-TECH/DGH seeks an Executive Director who is a visionary and motivating leader who can mentor faculty and staff while strategically directing I-TECH into the future. The ideal candidate should be able to provide leadership on applied, practice-oriented implementation science and appreciate the value of both research and practice in global health. He/she should be able to provide scientific vision that fosters innovation, builds sustainable capacity, and helps I-TECH and its partners to translate evidence-based interventions and policies into practice. The Executive Director must be able to operate in an organizational culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion and values its long-established Operating Principles.

Curriculum Specialist – Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) has an outstanding opportunity for a Curriculum Specialist for the Enhancing Quality of Healthcare Activity (EQHA) project. This position will be located within the Human Resource Development Department (HRDD) at the Ministry of Health.

The Curriculum Specialist will support the HRDD to coordinate activities associated with revision and updating of the national pre-service health curriculum currently used to train students in public and private Training Institutions in Health throughout the country.

Information Technology and Data Management Specialist – Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) has an outstanding opportunity for an Information Technology and Data Management Specialist for the Enhancing Quality of Healthcare Activity (EQHA) project. This position will be located within the Human Resource Development Department at the Ministry of Health.

he Information Technology and Data Management Specialist will support the HRDD in database development and management activities. They will provide technical support for tracking characteristics of pre-service graduates, and measure compliance of public and private Training Institutions in Health in meeting competency standards. Additionally, they will provide technical support to users of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) database, including HRDD national and provincial staff and Regional Training Centers.

Assistant Regulation & Accreditation Specialist – Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Regulation & Accreditation Specialist for the Enhancing Quality of Healthcare Activity (EQHA) project.

The Assistant Regulation & Accreditation Specialist will be responsible for project management and administration support to the EQHA regulation and accreditation team, implementation of the EQHA regulation and accreditation work plan, and the reporting of project activities.
